  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and basil.
  4. Add sliced turkey bacon to the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until tomatoes are caramelized.
