- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 carrot diced
- 1 celery stalk diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
