  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the beef chuck and baby potatoes.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and thyme, cooking until fragrant.
