Delicious slow cooker garlic butter steak bites that are tender and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cubed
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with black pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat and add the steak, searing until browned.
  3. Transfer the steak to the slow cooker.
  4. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and the remaining butter to the slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours or until the steak is tender.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
