- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
- In the slow cooker, combine all ingredients including the crumbled turkey bacon.
- Stir well and cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot topped with cheese and chips if desired.
