2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, combining until just mixed.
In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Roll dough into balls and then roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly.
