1 pound chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is golden brown.
Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
