  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; add chicken and turkey bacon, cooking until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and taco seasoning; mix well and cook until sauce thickens.
  4. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce; toss to coat evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add diced jalapeƱos or bell peppers.
