  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn, canned or cooked
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, corn, avocado, black beans, red onion, cilantro, and shredded chicken.
