Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Parmesan, cream, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Combine spaghetti with turkey bacon and the egg mixture, tossing quickly to create a creamy sauce. Add reserved pasta water as needed.
