1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
8 ounces noodles (your choice)
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Stir in soy sauce and honey, then return the chicken to the pan and coat in the sauce.
Add the cooked noodles and sesame oil, tossing to combine.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
