- 2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, sausage, and half of the cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
