These Toblerone cookies are an indulgent treat that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and nougat.

  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 200 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Chop the Toblerone chocolate and fold into the dough.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack.
